Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to find our services, read about them and request a quote, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets. Instead, accessibility is built into the code of every page.

What we've done

• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• Every page, menu, form and FAQ works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet WCAG AA color contrast, including the white-on-blue buttons.
• Headings follow a logical order, and pages use landmarks such as header, navigation, main and footer.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Every form field has a visible label, and form errors and confirmations are announced to screen readers.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
• Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels, with no sideways scrolling.
• Animations are minimal and turn off if your device is set to reduce motion.
• The site follows your device's light or dark mode setting.

Known limitations

Some links go to other websites, such as Google Maps and the Better Business Bureau. We can't control how accessible those sites are.
