Small fixes are one thing. These jobs need a licensed pro, and we'll tell you so rather than take them on.
- Electrical wiring, outlets or new fixtures
- Plumbing lines, water heaters or gas
- Roofing
- Structural or load-bearing work
- Any job $1,000 or more in labor and materials

Can you do small fixes during my cleaning?
Yes. Send Leo your fix-it list when you book, and we'll price the fixes and handle them during the same visit.
What jobs are too big for you?
Anything $1,000 or more in labor and materials, and anything involving electrical wiring, plumbing lines, gas, roofing or structural work. For those, you need a licensed contractor, and we'll tell you so.
Are you a licensed contractor?
No. R&L Cleaning Services is not licensed under California's Contractors State License Law, so our handyman work is limited to small jobs under $1,000 in combined labor and materials, as state law allows.
Who buys the parts?
Either works. You can have the part ready, like a new towel bar or cabinet hinge, or we can pick it up and include it in the price.
How are small jobs priced?
Send a list, and photos if you can. Leo will quote the fixes up front so you know the price before we start.
