Before your first visit
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Every other week suits most households. Weekly makes sense with kids, pets or a full house. Monthly works for smaller or tidier homes, or as a regular reset between your own cleaning. You can change the schedule later.
Should I start with a deep clean?
If the house hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, a deep clean first is usually worth it. It clears the built-up grime so each regular visit can keep things at that level instead of catching up.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Many of our regular customers have dogs and cats. Let us know about your pets when you book, and whether they should be kept in a room or yard while we work.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular customers are at work. Set up a key, lockbox or door code, and we'll text you when the crew arrives and when they finish.
How is recurring cleaning priced?
Per visit, based on the size of the home, how often we come and anything extra on your list. Call or send the quote form and Leo will give you a price before the first visit.
What if I need to skip or move a visit?
Call or text Leo as early as you can and he'll find another day that works.
