Valley water is hard, and sprinklers that hit the windows leave minerals behind every time they dry. Caught early, those spots clean off. Left for years, the minerals can etch into the glass itself.
We'll test a small area first and tell you honestly what will come off and what won't, before you pay for treatment on every window.
- Adjust the sprinkler heads. Aim them away from the house so the glass stays dry.
- Clean on a schedule. Spots are easiest to remove before they build up.
- Watch the sliding doors. Low glass near a lawn takes the most spray.

Do you clean the outside of windows too?
Yes. You can book inside only, outside only, or both. Most homes get both so the glass is clear from either side.
Can you clean second-story windows?
Tell us how many stories and which windows when you ask for a quote. Leo will confirm what can be reached safely and price it before the visit.
Can you remove hard-water spots from sprinklers?
Fresh mineral spots usually come off with the right treatment. Spots that have sat for years can etch into the glass and may not come off completely. We'll show you what to expect after testing a small area.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year works for most homes, usually spring and fall. Storefronts that face the street often need it every week or two to keep fingerprints and dust off the glass.
Do I need to be home?
Only if we're cleaning the inside and there's no other way in. Outside-only cleaning just needs gate access and a heads-up about pets in the yard.
