The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to answer your request and do the job, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request through this website, we receive the information you type into the form. That includes your name and phone number, and anything optional you add, such as your email address, town, the service you need, the size of your home, a preferred date and your notes.
When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you share in the conversation, including any photos you send of the space.
Like almost every website, our web host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote request, by the method you asked for.
- To prepare a quote, schedule your cleaning and send updates, such as a text when the crew arrives and leaves.
- To keep basic records of the work we've done for you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We don't add you to marketing lists or send promotional texts or emails.
Who else sees it
Quote requests are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes what you type to our business email. Web3Forms also keeps a copy of submissions for a limited time under its own privacy policy. We may share information when the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with R&L Cleaning Services.
Cookies and third-party services
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads. When you send a quote request, your browser connects to Web3Forms to deliver it. Links to Google Maps and the Better Business Bureau take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records only as long as we need them to serve you and keep reasonable business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (559) 514-9816 and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
